The Finance Associate’s duties includes budget planning, participating in audits, monitoring transactions and preparing invoices.
Our ideal candidate must demonstrates in-depth knowledge in managing accounting/financial activities which includes bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
In addition to having an excellent time management and organizational skills, the Financial Associate must be analytical and pays attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
- A minimum one year experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Experience using financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Very attentive to details.
- Strong work ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Professional qualification/certification in Accounting/Finance is considered a plus.
