Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese has added his voice to calls for the release of entrepreneur Frederick Kumasi, popularly known as Abu Trica.
Speaking during his performance at the Gomoa Street Carnival on April 6, 2026, Kwaw Kese paused mid-show to address the issue, echoing similar sentiments previously expressed by Shatta Wale.“There are no jobs in Ghana!”

According to him, the lack of employment opportunities is pushing many young people to seek alternative means of survival, urging authorities to consider the broader economic situation.
His comments have intensified ongoing debates around youth unemployment, cybercrime, and accountability, with opinions sharply divided across the public.
Do you think unemployment is a major factor behind rising cybercrime cases?
