According to Vanguard Newspaper, results from five Local Government Areas in Edo State are out. The LGAs include Igueben, Esan Central, Esan North East, Egor and Esan South East.
In the five LGAs, the Presidential Candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi won all of them, and the breakdown of the results are:
In Igueben, LP garnered 6,449 votes, APC had 2419 votes and PDP had 3530 votes.
In Esan Central, LP got 10,192 votes, APC garnered 4,558 votes, while PDP got 3,692 votes.
In Egor, LP garnered 40,160 votes, APC got 3,978 votes, and PDP got 1,766 votes.
In Esan South East, LP got 10,511 votes, APC got 4,675 votes and PDP got 3,961 votes.
In Esan North East, LP garnered 18,973 votes, APC got 2,589 votes and PDP got 2,091 votes.
Taking to the comment section, some Nigerians said that Edo State people are fully ‘Obidient’.
Another person talked about the turn out of voters in some of the LGAs.
