A new and Exciting Role Open At Alisa Hotel. This renowned hotel is hiring a Transport Coordinator.
Job Description
The job description includes, but not limited to the following;
- Help manage the hotel’s vehicles, drivers and all related issues
- Update management regularly on fleet status, performance and expenses
- Ensure that all hotel vehicles are properly repaired, when necessary, and follow a well-established preventive maintenance plan
- Develop, establish and maintain control measures for keeping costs within budget and for preventing wastage and losses
- Ensure excellent driver behaviour and excellent transport services to guests
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vehicle logs, etc.
- Actively participate in the recruitment of new drivers and their orientation and training
- Participate in the activities of the hotel’s drivers (i.e., transporting people and goods)
Job Requirement:
Qualification/Experience
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 years working experience in a similar position

- Excellent people management, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Ability to handle and manage stressful situations well
- Excellent planning, organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge in fixing minor vehicle issues is desirable
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license (minimum Class C)
