The Obi Nyane Me hitmaker, Patience Nyarko, for some days now has been under fire baptism by Ghanaians after her tumultuous interview session on Radio.
While most people have been quick to judge her without trying to comprehend the import of what she was saying, speaking to Sammyflex on Sammyflex TV, the Wafom Kwan hitmaker had the opportunity to fully express what she was trying to send across during that viral interview.

According to her,” We can’t build an industry on one person” is all she was trying to put out. Though she admits that her to tone of voice at the time may be what have skewed the conversation, she believes that it’s not wrong for her as a gospel artist to say that OB Nartey was wrong to have said only Joe Mettle can represent Gospel musicians in Ghana without giving any tangible reasons for making that conclusion.
She further said that though Joe is doing extremely well in the “English gospel” it would be unfair to the artists who do the local songs with numerous hits and traction to say only Joe Mettle can represent them all without even adding other artists to him.

She finally explained that contrary to how people blatantly segregate the English Gospel and Local Gospel artists, they are both doing the same thing, which is soul winning. She believes though Joe mettle’s songs win souls of the elite, hers also win souls of the other groups which to her are the same thing, considering the fact that all souls are equal before the Lord.
