A lot of gospel musicians are of the view that Pastors should financially invest in their craft. Gospel artiste and song writer Queendalyn Yurglee who is also a professional stylist had a different opinion. She disclosed in an interview with Miss Gee on TV3 New Day. “No Pastor is obliged to invest in any gospel musician”, she stated.

The artiste who has worked with a lot of well-known gospel musicians like Sonnie Badu, Hillsong, Tim Goffery and a host of others revealed in her interview that her journey so far in music is not coincidence but intentional by God. The musician made it known that working with all these renowned gospel musicians laid the foundation for her in her career.

She explained it took her too long to become a recording artiste. Because she needed to go through the process so that when the platform was ready, she doesn’t go out there and fall below standard.

In her interview, the musician stated that investment should not only be in monetary form. But the fact that you have the church as a platform to sharpen your craft should be enough.

The musician ended by saying, people should not have too much expectations because it usually leads to disappointments.
