There is a New Job Opening At Kontak. They are hiring a General Manager. This exciting job opportunity is open for an experienced Sales focused GM with extensive knowledge of the African Real Estate market.
You will be responsible for overseeing the commercialization of the existing/ready units as well as coordinating the development of the upcoming projects and phases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To oversee key business units such as: marketing and sales; on-site project management; finance and accounting and as well as HR and payroll
- Day-to-day management of the project including relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Create, implement and manage a comprehensive sales plan with the aim of maximising sales of completed units and successfully launch subsequent phases of the project
- To produce and monitor an annual budget in cooperation with the finance team
- To oversee the HR and payroll activities
- To ensure periodical updates to investors
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Business, Marketing or Real Estate related Degree
- 8 or more years’ experience specific to the real estate development sector
- 5 or more years’ experience having managed multidisciplinary teams
- Experience specific to the Sub-Saharan Africa residential property market
- Good negotiation skills and ability to create/maintain solid relationships with different type of stakeholders
Location: Kumasi, Ghana
(The position is also open to residents of Southern Africa willing to relocate
Salary: $2 500 – $4 000 per Month
