Ghana holds its election this year and many celebrities have had an interest in contesting the parliamentary seat.
Most of them have declared their support for either NPP or NDC. One can mention the likes of John Dumelo, Kwame Dzokoto and Obour who have all entered into mainstream politics.

There were rumours making waves that AMG boss, Kwau Addai known in show biz as Criss Waddle is contesting for a parliamentary seat on the ticket of CPP coming December 7 election in Tema Central.
However, Dr. Pounds, a radio host took to twitter to ask Criss Waddle how true it is, Criss Waddle reacting to the rumors, revealed that they are all lies and people want to interrupt his peace of mind.

In response, he said
“Oh my brother @drpoundsofficial This is a lie, I wonder who took time to do this? I don’t even have political ambitions as we speak, arguably people hate to see me enjoy my peace of mind”
