‘Ghana Should Be Under Lockdown’- Kennedy Agyapong

Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has revealed that he for a total lockdown of the country due to the coronavirus outbreak. Kennedy Agyapong in an exclusive interview on NET 2 TV announced his support for the Ghana Medical Association’s petition to President Akufo Addo to put the country on lockdown for three weeks.

Kennedy Agyapong argued that the lockdown will help curb the spread of the COVID-19 as it keeps rising in Ghana.

He pleaded with Ghanaians to observe the self-quarantine and preventive measures in helping to truncate the virus and cautioned travellers to be very careful with their trips within the country.
