Ginger also helps to boost the immune system. Ginger may help decrease inflammation, which can help reduce sore throat and inflammatory illnesses. Ginger may help with nausea as well.

4 Pepper- 

Pepper contains Vitamins c, which helps to maintain healthy skin. Its active compounds have a role in boosting white blood cells, which your body uses to fight off invading bacteria and viruses.
