There is a Call For Job Application At Promasidor. The company is looking to hire GTM Analyst.
The GTM Analyst’s overall objective is to act at the tactical level to drive business transformation, ensuring optimal GTM implementation in assigned Promasidor group country operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Master GTM, the group solution for Route-to-market automation, at a detailed functional level , to be able to support the countries in the deployment of the solution as well as the technical support function.
- To be able to assist with the procurement of Hardware for the project (Iphones, power banks and printers).
- To be able to configure and set up the phones.
- To be able to assist the countries with templates for Price lists, routes, areas and items
- To be able to train the sales team before, during and after Go-live of the project.
- To be able to travel to the country where the deployment of GTM has to happen and make sure the project is deployed smoothly
- To be able to provide the technical support to the countries before Go-live, during and after the Go-live of GTM
2. Liaise with the PICT GTM team to discuss the technical issues faced by the countries and implement the solution
3. Business Intelligence [BI]
- Learn Power BI and its dashboards to analyze various parameters of performance (sales reps / distributors / Categories and Products).
- Analyze Power BI reports of various countries and highlight the performance gaps
- Submit regular Power BI reports to the countries
- Understand the sales and distribution concepts and have a weekly sales performance calls with the assigned countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics or related discipline with a minimum of three years of experience working with data in a related field
- Experience in a similar role, incl. project management and usage of SFA (Sales Force Automation) mobile tools. Sales & Marketing measurable/practical results driven person.
- Ready to do extensive traveling in Africa for periods of few days up to 2 weeks at a time depending on needs of the countries.
- Should be a bi-lingual with Proficiency in English and French.
