Celebrated Ghanaian actor Agya Koo has stated categorically that people should stop blaming president Akufo Addo for the ailing state of Ghana Movie Industry.

The Ghanaian movie industry has been heading towards a downward trend from the times of its peak years peak. Unlike then, few movies are now produced, leaving most actors to divert into different careers whilst others hang on to bring the industry to life.
However, there have been several allegations being put on President Nana Addo for the declining state of the movie industry.

According to Agya Koo’s who is an NPP sympathizer, the movie producers and directors are the prime cause of the degenerative state of the one-time vibrant movie industry especially Kumawood Films.
Agya Koo also revealed that some of the industry players are engaged in some spiritual activities which are not helping.
He urged the filmmakers to correct their mistakes and think about how to revamp the industry.
