Elidel Prestige Limited has a new Vacant Position. The company located in Akosombo is seeking to recruit a Plant Manager with over 10+ years’ Leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment with proven track record of progressive growth in leadership responsibilities.
Responsible for all aspects of Safety, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and P & Leadership and Team building skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams to insure company goals and objectives are met.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement activities to improve “KPI” (Key Performance Indicators).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective inventory systems to enhance manufacturing uptime and maximize inventory turns. Purchasing & Production planning.
- Must be able to function and thrive in a team environment with focus on Safety, Quality, Customer expectations and profitability.
- Must maintain highest level of integrity and company policy adherence. Lead by example
- Must be hands on, able to work overtime with little/ no notice extended shift and/or weekends as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a degree, most preferably in Business/Engineering
- Injection Molding experience is a plus, New Plant start-up experience is a plus.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Local & National labor laws, safety requirements, inspections and audits.
- Must possess leadership skills with ability to train, evaluate, develop and mentor employees.
- Must be self-motivated and goal orientated, Team builder.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have thorough understanding of accountability
