Joe mettle further advised people to work with all their hearts, since how they treat the work and assignment of others today is the same way theirs will be treated.

Joe mettle broke the jinx of Gospel artiste not winning the VGMA Artiste of the year in 2017.

See his post below:

“You never benefit from something or someone you Undermine.
Undermining has never brought promotion to anyone rather it makes the people you do that with aware of who you are ,and that rather makes them careful around you.
Work with all your heart wherever you find yourself serving, trust me it’s not easy having to be in leadership or creating something that gives opportunity for people to serve.
How you treat the work and assignment of others today is the same way if you are fortunate yours will be treated, but most times it will be worse.
Whether in ministry, public service or private sector serve with all your heart and you will be served well when it’s your turn .
Have a blessed week family.”
