Okyeame Kwame also known as the rap doctor, has revealed that, his Made in Ghana Campaign which he started as part of his duties as a tourism ambassador is to get people to feel Ghanaian.
”the made in Ghana campaign is to get people to feel Ghanaian, its to get people to wear Ghana, to think Ghana, the real challenge is with the children, is to find a way to use cartoons and ananse stories and things like that, to get our five year old child to begin to speak Ghanaian, think Ghanaian and love Ghana”
He also stated that, it was out his ambassadorial duties that he came up with the campaign.
The rap doctor also added that, he represented all the regions with songs on the made in Ghana album, and the videos showcased the culture, food and tourism sites in each Region, with the aim of bringing Ghanaian culture and tourism to the top.
