Here is the new The Coca-Cola Bottling Company Of Ghana Limited Job Recruitment. The company is seeking to recruit a hardworking and efficient Factory Controller. The incumbent will implement and maintain internal factory controls which ensure reliability in financial reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
- Apply principles of accounting to variance reporting
- Analyze factory budgeting and actual reporting
- Analyze product costing of company products
- Monitor conversion and transformation costs
- Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) in the business
- Advise management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability
- Prepare reporting material – covering monthly and year activity
- Assist in the preparation of the Business Plan
- Ensure Quality, Environmental & Occupational Safety and Health (QEOSH) compliance on site
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Finance Manager
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or MBA in Finance plus
- A professional qualification in Accounting from a recognized professional Accounting body- ACCA, ICA etc, is an added advantage
- 3-5years with an FMCG business at with practical experience
- The Coca-Cola System knowledge and good understanding of the soft drink business
- Knowledge of and skills in financial planning
- Knowledge of financial reporting requirements for pertinent regulatory agencies
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, budgets and budget projections
- Strategic mindset
