Ghanaian actress and influencer Efia Odo has advised Ghanaians to stop voting for politicians who promise them some basic needs to survive.
In a post on twitter, the vocal actress and model said the citizens of Ghana should not vote for political leaders who promise roads, schools, hospitals, and running water.
She explained that such things are within their mandate.
Efia said they should rather vote for those who will invest in the country.
She wrote on Twitter: “People need to stop voting for politicians who promises them roads, schools, hospitals & running water. That is something that is mandated.
“Nnanka who’s supposed to do those things, the citizens? They are supposed to do that! Vote for politicians who will invest in the country!”
