It is was allegedly reported that Mzbel was arrested yesterday. But her lawyer has come out to deny this allegation.
According to her lawyer, Mzbel was just invited to the police station but not arrested. The reason for her invitation was when she said in her interview a while back that Stacy Amoateng has HIV.
Mzbel explained that she got to know this information through Prophet Nigel Gaisie.
Her lawyer indicated that Mzbel’s statement concerning Stacy Amoateng was not emphatic. But it was based on what somebody told her.
The lawyer disclosed that whatever happened at the police station was professionally done. Mzbel was advised to put off her phone to prevent the story from leaking.
She was made to write her statement and she was granted bail, the lawyer stated .
He explained that the case is under investigation.
