Ghanaian billionaire, Osei Kwame Despite- who owns a chain of businesses in the country has been seen in a rare video eating by the roadside and this has gravely shocked a lot of netizens.
Commentaries passed online suggest the scene was enacted in Agona Wiamoase in the Ashanti Region. One guy who could not believe his eyes started shouting and said;
“In the whole of Ghana, there is no rice like this. Despite came here to eat some rice, do you understand?” the man said.

The video did not show the moment he was emptying his plate of rice but the assumption is that he came there to eat and to have some fresh air. He was seen in the company of one of his right-hand men.
Osei Kwame Despite, a Ghanaian businessman and philanthropist who was born on 2 February 1962, has a background in music production and industry understanding.
Osei-Kwame is the chief executive officer of Despite Firm Ltd, a business having media companies including UTV, PEACE FM, OKAY FM, NEAT FM, and HELLO FM in Kumasi.
At the African Achievers Awards in the UK in 2021, he was crowned Africa Entrepreneur of the Year.
In 2019 he received the GH CAPTAIN’S Award in recognition of his contributions to the socioeconomic advancement of the nation.
