The “Wo Haw Ne sen” hitmaker, Yaw Sarpong, last night made an interesting narration about his feature with Sarkodie, Ahobrase. Though people consider him a legend or veteran in the music industry, he still went ahead to share his excitement first time working with Sarkodie.
According to him, it all begun when Sarkodie in an interview in the USA revealed that the artist he listened to so much is Yaw Sarpong and would love to do a song with him. Having heard that his management proceeded to reach out to Sarkodie, but was surprised when he received a call from Sarkodie to invite him and his team to perform at his wedding. He expressed how surprised and honored he was when Sarkodie showered him with these kind words. He also narrated how Sarkodie introduced him and his band to his wedding guests and mentioned that Sarkodie performed with him and his team the first time at his wedding.

Later after the ceremony, they proceded to talk about business, stating how willing sarkodie was to work with him. He revealed that shortly after he sent Sarkodie the song he made his verse on it and sent it back. However, they invited Sarkodie back into the studio to finish the production with the team.
He finally revealed that Sarkodie did not take a penny for the feature he did on Ahobrase and is willing to do the same for other artists if they decide to have him on a song.
