Sarkodie Advises Sammy Gyamfi To Retract And Pull Down An Unfortunate Post On Social Media

Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has taken to social media to rebuke Sammy Gyamfi for a post he put on facebook.

The post by Sammy Gyamfi is associating the way and manner George Floyd’s life was taken away from him to that of the actions of the Electoral Commission in disenfranchising millions of voters through the issue of compiling a new voters register.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, the Electoral Commission headed by Jean Mensah is seeking to disenfranchise millions of eligible voters as they are bent on compiling a new voters register.

He noted that the potential Ghanaians who wouldnt have the chance to vote in December 2020 are screaming for some amount of breath and the right to vote just like the way the white man did to George Floyd.

In reacting to the unfortunate post by Sammy Gyamfi has indicated to him that sometimes people go wrong sometimes.

According to him, he believes Sammy Gyamfi’s intention wasn’t to joke with the issue of George Floyd which is very serious and sensitive in nature.

Sarkodie has therefore asked him to retract and take the post down.
