Bogoso-Apiate explosion has left many netizens in shock… the entire country has been devastated by the news.
Bogoso-Apiate explosion saw about 17 individuals losing their lives with fifty-seven victims of the explosion being sent to three different health facilities in the Western Region.
According to the information gathered by Daily Trends Gh, the explosion was caused by a truck belonging to a mining service contractor MAXAM that was involved in a collision causing an explosion in the society.
The truck carrying the explosive was from Bogoso heading towards Kinross, a mining company in Chirano in the Western North Region, 140 kilometers away from the explosion site.
A video that has just surfaced on social media purportedly captures Ghanaian gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy talking about the explosion on Facebook just hours before it happened. She then asked for prayers for Ghana.
This reportedly happened just hours before the blast. The video of Ohema Mercy sees her pleading and asking for prayers for mother Ghana as well.
