The controversies surrounding VGMA’s are endless. A lot of artistes feel they are sabotaged and ripped off the awards they deserve.
Ghanaian musician Guru in an interview discloses how Obour, Richie and Okyeame Kwame have been sabotaging him for over 10 years.
According to the artiste, he had an encounter with Obour and Okyeame Kwame when he was an up and coming artiste. He indicated a song he did with Obrafour was the cause of this feud.
He later got to find out that he has not been winning or getting nominations for Ghana Music awards. Because of Obour and Okyeame Kwame. Guru stated that the aforementioned musicians were part of the board responsible for Ghana music awards.
Finally, he revealed that the day he picked an award was a disgrace. Because he didn’t deserve that award for all the works he puts in his music.
