The acting President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bissa Simons has revealed that, tho Ghanaian Highlife legend Nana Tuffour has passed on, his music will live forever because he wrote good songs.
”Nana Tuffour might be gone but his music will live forever, because Nana is a true musician who wrote grate songs,songs that has stood the test of time,and that is why he learnt from the best old musicians”
Uncle Bissa also added that, there should be archives or a hall of fame to get the young ones to know more about old musicians who has passed on to glory.
”I think we should have archives or hall of fame,I mean MUSIGA is putting together the biography of old musicians through Family members and also some musicians who have worked with them so we can put it on our website for people to read them”
He said this in an interview with Mzgee on TV3
