Mzbel Narrates How Sarkodie Plainly Refused To Feature Her On A Song; He Said It Doesn’t Fit His Brand


Controversial Ghanaian Singer, Mzbel has in a recent interview narrated how Sarkodie refused to feature on her song.

According to the 16 years hit maker, Sarkodie declined her offer on the basis that the feature doesn’t fit his brand.

Mzbel was speaking on Neat FM about Kuami Eugene’s displeasure on the release of Sarkodie’s ‘Happy Day’ song which supposedly endorses Nana Addo .

According to her, the rapper rejected her feature on basis that it doesn’t fit his brand.

“Sarkodie has browned me before, he turned down my offer to feature him. He said the song wasn’t good for his brand”

When Mzbel was asked about the content of the song, she said ” it’s Fa be wo”. When her attention was drawn to the fact King Sark likely rejected it because of its profanity, she said, ” but he has done a lot of profane songs”.

She further added:

“Errm I don’t want to be judgmental, but Sarkodie should change his ways of doing things in reference to collaborations as this is not the first time an artiste has come out openly to voice his or displeasure”.
