Shatta Wale has disclosed the reason why his mouth is big. According to him, he has done surgery on his mouth.
The dancehall king made this revelation on his twitter to the amusement of his fans.

In the midst of the ongoing spat between fanbases of Shatta Wale and Sarkodie which had them waring on twitter over who is the best, the duo released songs in the space of the same time.
With Shatta’s own being #Fapimso and Sarkodie’s own being #FaHookiMe , it is yet to know whether his pronouncement was made in the excitement of the his latest release or it was truly a surgical procedure he did.
