Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Communications plans and proposals for Clients and prospective Clients
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Media in the placement of adverts for clients
  • Assist in the preparation of creative briefs and provide direction for the creation of visible, relevant, and effective advertising campaigns for our clients
  • Serve as a bridge between the company and all clients and between the specialist departments within the company
  • Prepare and maintain Brand plans, Marketing Plans, Communications proposals, Progress Reports, Contact Reports, Job Requisitions, Creative Briefs, Media Briefs, and Budget Control documentation.
  • Scout and prospect for retained clients every quarter
  • Plan and administer meetings and presentations to clients and prospective clients.
  • Generate revenue/profit in jobs out of businesses brought in and managed by you
  • Handle client’s promotional activities (e.g. roadshows, Market Activations, etc)
  • Make client pitch presentations every month with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  • Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
  • Effectively monitor the effectiveness of all client campaigns
  • Undertake administrative tasks in the company
  • Arrange and attend meetings to maintain client relationships
  • Contribute to the generation of weekly and monthly activity reports and expenses
  • You may also be requested to carry out such other related duties as from time to time may be reasonably requested by your employer if they are within your competence.
