- Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget and availability of seasonal ingredients
- Proven culinary experience
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health
- Requisition stock, supplies, materials or equipment
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
- Ability to read recipes
Requirements:
- Trained by a recognised institution
- 3 years or more working experience
- Expert multitasking skills
- Passion and pride for delighting people with food
- Exemplary work ethic in a high pressure environment
- English language proficiency
