The Ghanaian social media trends have been broken into various opinions since an interview with Veteran Ghanaian Actor, Kofi Adjorlolo, went viral when he revealed that 7 renowned Ghanaian movie producers owe him for his services.
While some sympathized with him, others who find the video hilarious have been reacting otherwise to the man’s allegations. As some encouraged him to name these producers, others like Ola Michael of Mad House Productions have come out to openly submit someone he works with as a culprit.

Ola Michael has encouraged Ghanaians not to take the claims of Kofi Adjorlolo seriously. According to him, the actor expects to be paid when he offered uncompleted services to the producers. He also revealed that Kofi Adjorlolo like some other popular actors is also not blameless in this conversation.
During a discussion on Zylofon’s Showbiz Agenda on the matter, Sammy Rasta, boss of TP clan also corroborated the allegations of both Adjorlolo and Ola Michaels. He also took the opportunity to throw some light on producers owing crew members especially. As part of his submissions, he emphasized that there is a renowned producer who can be categorized as part of the top 3 producers in Ghana whose crew constantly complain of not being paid. As the names of the top 3 producers in Ghana were being mentioned, it looked as though Sammy Rasta was referring to the CEO of KOFAS MEDIA, Kofi Asamoah.
Soon after his submissions, Kofi Asamoah who has been a regular pundit on the show came in to defend himself and his work saying that in some cases the producer might forget about payment owed someone, in other cases, he said he deals with middlemen who end up not making payment to the people they brought on board after he has already paid them.

He concluded by saying that, unlike the unknown seven producers who owe the veteran actor, he makes sure he pays all his people the negotiated prices.
