Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in purchasing and logistics, purchasing and supply, supply chain management
- Proven experience as a procurement officer.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have the ability to analyze problems, and strategize for better solutions
- Must have the ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Must have the ability to pay attention to details
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion and have a strong sense of integrity
- Must be goal oriented and organized team player
- Must be able to work well with management and staff at all levels
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment and, services and supplies
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important information
- Develop sourcing strategies
- Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time

Proposed Net Salary: GHS1500.00 – GHS2500.00
