A Ghanaian man has taken to micro-blogging platform, Twitter, has hailed American rapper, Kendrick Lamar for being simple enough to drink sachet water (pure water) in Ghana.
Recall that Lamar visited Ghana last week where he shot some scenes for videos of songs on his album, Mr Morale and the Big Steppers.
A man with username @the_marcoli_boi shared a photo of the US artiste drinking pure water and noted how he is a 14 time Grammy winner doing so, yet Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie lives a lavish lifestyle.
He accused Sarkodie of forgetting to help youths who are broke and suffering while going ahead to buy expensive sneakers.
He wrote; ”This is Kendrick Lamar, a 14 time Grammy Award winner drinking 20 pesewas water in same clothes for one week but Sarkodie go buy 1.5 billion sneaker when boys dey suffer for Tema but i don’t want to say anything ooo”
