There is an exciting career opportunity At BIC. The company is looking for a new Regional Sales Manager – Southern Ghana.
Main Responsibilities / Task:
- Grow in the sales volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and territories
- Regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with Customers Management Review template.
- Develop Regional Business Plan for the region and the Customer Business plan for each customer in the territory.
- Define a Journey Plan per ASM/DSR to ensure RTM optimization for better coverage, cost saving and over lapping of sales area.
- Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region.
- Communicate and ensure realization of Marketing Grids Priorities.
- Monitor and report all the competitor activities in the region, New Product Launch, Sales Promotion, trade activations.
- Submit periodic competitor price matrix in the region.
- Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment
- Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, etc.) in order to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage database of Traditional Trade and Modern Trade Customers
- Ensure price compliance in the Region
- Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers

- R – Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating system especially Power-Point & Excel

E. Additional Information
- Experience 5yrs + Sales/Trade Marketing Experience.
- BTS or a Degree in any relevant field
- Valid driving license
