ECOM Ghana Calls For Job Applications. The position holder will be will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company. This includes ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, as well as managing staff members who work in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be in charge of getting 3PL-Transporters onto the Platform
- Drivers Management – Mange 3PL drivers to bring Customer Satisfaction.
- Manage Customers Order requirement with available trucks.
- Grow truck pool on the App on the daily basis
- Teach drivers and Suppliers how to use the App.
- Help the sales/Marketing/BDM to sell business product to Customers
- Manage loading sites.
- Help Operations with Loading and unloading.
- Follow up with drivers for delivery and waybill collections and delivery to the office.
- Customer and Suppliers needs (Satisfaction)
- Any other responsibility assigned by management.
- Business Profitability.
Qualification/Experience:
- Bsc. Degree in Logistics and supply chain management or related field
- Additional qualification would be added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilient and innovative
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
- Computer literacy
