Ghana’s security continues to be at stake as it gets closer to the general elections.
Information reaching our outfit shows a video of how armed thugs stormed Kumasi market in a broad daylight robbery.

From the video, the armed robbers opened gun fires while riding on motor bikes after collecting sums of money from traders in big shops and snatching huge cash from a businessman who had gone to withdraw money.
In an earlier report, these unknown robbers started their raid from Alabar to Dr Mensah. Reports received have also confirmed the death of two out of four people who were hit by the bullet.
According to reports, as at the time the robbery was taking effect, no police officer was around the scene.
The armed robbers stormed Dr Mensah, Kejetia, Central Market with gun. They ordered traders especially those operating in stores to give them their money.
They fired gunshots when they saw one businessman coming out from the bank with money. They took away the money and fired gunshots which forced us to run for our lives” an eyewitness report.
However, the Ashanti Regional Police has apprehended three suspects in connection with the robbery attack.
The police have identified Hamza Nuhu, 22; Salifu Iddrisu, 18 and Ali Razak, 18 as prime suspects.
Three other persons have sustained injuries and have been rushed to the Manhyia Government Hospital for treatment, sources say.
