Rapper Amerado Burner has stated that, it’s wrong for Asem to accuse him of taking his intellectual property, which is the idea of ‘Yete Nsem”.

”Huge respect to legendary Asem, the truth of the matter is Asem claim I have taken his intellectual property, which is the idea of Yete Nsem being derived from his filla, and to me it’s so wrong coming from his end, because he should know better about copyright, because ideas and concepts can’t be under copyright law if my lawyers are right”.

Amerado also said that, tho Asem started it’s with Fila, what he is doing is different.

”Asem says he sees me as a young boy doing well, I don’t have any problem with him, so I will keep mute on this one and say that, yes he started it but what am doing is different, I haven’t taken his beat, lyrics or his voice so am free to do whatever I’m doing, tho I respect him, but Yete Nsem is not his idea”

He also revealed that, He was inspired by Asem’s Fila but he didn’t take his concept.

Amerado added that if Asem is doing this for hype, He will capitalize it and help him with it, because he is a legend.

He said this in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM.
