Akufo Addo Makes First batch of 13 Appointment – See List

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has made his first official appointments for his office . The list as issued and signed by the Acting Director of Communications at the Office of the President, Eugene Arhin, details some thirteen (13) appointments made by the President for his second term administration.

Top on the list is the Hon. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare for Chief of Staff. She has been retained and it was highly expected, She is being deputized by Emmanuel Adwumua-Bossman and Fwaz Aliu.

Nana Bediatuo Asante has been retained as the Secretary to the President, with Mercy Debrah-Karikari as a Secretary to the Cabinet.

Brigadier General Emmanuel Okyere is appointed as the National Security Advisor. Saratu Atta has been appointed as the Personal Assistant to the President.

Lord Commey has been appointed as the Director of Operations at the Presidency, whiles Eugene Arhin is being retained as the Director of Communications.

For the Director of Research at the Presidency, Dr. Isaac Owusu Mensah has been appointed. He was the lead research among some scholars from the University of Ghana that conducted the most predictive polls for the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Mr. Sam Elis as Director of Personnel, Kow Essuman for Legal Counsel to the President, and Michael Ofori-Atta as Director for ECOWAS and Regional Integration, have all been confirmed in the release.
