Those who apply must be:
- A graduate Professional Teacher. (Master’s Degree will be an advantage)
- A Deputy Director in the Ghana Education Service (GES).
- Applicants must have served in any of the following positions for a minimum period of three (3) years
- A Deputy Regional Manager or Unit Head in the SDA Regional Educational Unit
- Assistant headmaster/Mistress of a Senior High School
- A senior Housemaster /Housemistress of a Senior High School
- Head of Department of a Senior High School.
- Headteacher of a Basic/ junior high school
- Applicants should be in a position to serve a period of 4 years on the post before attaining the compulsory retiring age of 60 years
- Applicants should be an Adventist of good standing
