We can confirm that Deloris Frimpong Manso, aka Delay, has joined the newly founded Wontumi FM owned by the NPP’s Ashanti Regional Chairman.
The broadcaster conducted a live program on the station weeks ago, leading some to believe she had joined.
After the tales went viral, she rushed to social media to clarify that she was only having fun on the radio and that she would not be returning.
Following this, another video emerged showing Chairman Wontumi, the station’s owner, begging Delay to return to work.
According to a statement on the new radio station’s official Facebook page, Delay has agreed to host the station’s late afternoon drivetime program, branded ‘Moving Home With Delay.’
