The Louisiana mom-of-five who sprayed her hair with Gorilla Glue has been spotted out on the town in Los Angeles flaunting her new hairdo after undergoing a successful procedure to remove the adhesive.
Tessica Brown, 40, appeared carefree as she strolled in Los Angeles on Thursday, a day after a plastic surgeon ended the month-long ordeal that saw her burn her scalp with acetone and hack off her ponytail in an attempt to free her tresses.
The mother of five from Violet, Louisiana, who flew to Los Angeles for the special procedure, initially wore a festive red turban, but doffed the headgear to show off her newly freed tresses.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, Tessica expressed her thanks to Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng, who dissolved the Gorilla Glue and rescued the mother’s hair during a $12,500 procedure that took four hours to complete.
‘Words cannot even explain how I feel about @drmichaelkobeng you really gave me my life back and I am forever grateful,’ gushed Tessica.
