Having bad breath simply has to do with an unpleasant odor coming out of the mouth. We brush our teeth every day to keep our mouths fresh, and surely free from odor. Though at times, a person may experience bad breath and this may happen due to different reasons.
Such reasons probably include covering the mouth for too long. Bad breath is also likely to occur if a person fails to brush well. Food particles stuck in the tooth will eventually create odour if left in the mouth for too long.
Chemical reactions from the stomach could also cause bad breath. This may occur as a result of the undigested food particles being released as gas through the mouth. It is always advisable to brush twice daily, floss, and frequently allow ventilation in the mouth. Which of course will help curb bad breath.
