Last Friday, 7th February 2020, revered Ghanaian dancehall artist, Stonebwoy, held his first press meeting for the year 2020. The press meeting was aimed at discussing Stonebwoy’s said to be released album, the grand opening of the Bhim shop, and Stonebwoy’s set North American tour.
However, after the meeting, it seems the media teams present have been oblivious to the intended purpose of the gathering while most of them push the Blakk Cedi, OV, kelvin Boy news, which was discussed in passing at the event.

This has drawn the attention of entertainment aficionado, Nana Yaw Wiredu, to call on the media to also push the purpose of the meeting which includes Stonebwoy’s show at the O2 Arena after they pushed out other headlines.
He also added that, he doesn’t blame the press as much since Stonebwoy had starved the media for so long without giving them closure on matters arising in the Burniton camp. This made the press devour the opportunity given to them to clear all lingering problems steering the conversation away from its agenda.

He also blamed Stonebwoy for answering such questions insisting that he could have jokingly passed them to his publicist or PR to handle them while he focused on pushing the agenda of the day. He also advised the Burniton team to have come out earlier with a press release to put to rest all the misunderstanding and gossips surrounding the camp, rather than waiting and doing it at the press meeting, which ended up stealing the spotlight of the meeting.
He, however, congratulated Stonebwoy on the success of the event, his articulation and discernability answering questions fired at him.
