The issue of why Ghanaian artists are not united keeps popping up every now and then. With some artiste pushing the “unity agenda,” others are also relaxed and playing the”pull him down” technique.
Sarkodie, Shatta Wale , Stonebwoy, and Wendy shay, just to mention a few, have been playing their roles in ensuring that the unity agenda is not abolished.

Currently, there is a lyrical feud amongst some female artists in the music industry ie Sista Afia, Eno Barony, and Freda Rhymz. Medikal’s name popped up in the ongoing beef and is alleged for being the ghostwriter for Sista Afia.
Medikal who seem unhappy about the line directed at him in Eno Barony’s “argument done” song took to twitter to “spit” how he felt about the beef.

He wrote, “Don’t ever think I will waste time recording a diss track to a female rapper, especially when the person looks like a corpse. Issa dead tin”
Medikal in a series of tweets added that; “Some of the artistes for Ghana actually de believe say the music we dey do for this country inside be competition, that be why Ghana music no de move forward!”
