A Ugandan man has etched his name into the record books after he fought a lion with his bare hands and emerged victoriously.
The Biblical Samson-like incident which reportedly occurred in the Iganga district, Uganda saw the man single-handedly killing the savage animal which showed up outside his house in CMS, Iganga.
Although he overpowered the lion and killed it, he sustained various degrees of injuries. Twitter user, @Rickykagino96 shared photos of both the dead Lion and the badly wounded man.
He wrote; ”A man from CMS l ganga district eastern Uganda is nursing wounds after fighting a lion he met near his home and killed it”
