The act of cross-dressing in its simplest term is the wearing of clothes or accessories that are not popularly or culturally associated with the person’s biological gender.
In cases like that, a cross-dressing woman would wear a man’s attire and a cross-dressing man would wear a woman’s attire or accessories.
