A shooting incident that happened on 17 November, 2020 early in the morning at KNUST-Ayeduasi in Kumasi has seen two people loosing their lives.
According to reports being gathered by our outfit, the incident happened between a KIA saloon driver and an Okada rider (Aboboyaa driver to be precised).

Eye witlessness who were at the scene at the time of the incident, recounts that the KIA driver was said to have been in a reckless driving.
However, the Okada driver tried alerting the KIA salon car’s driver of the wrong he has done but later ended in a heated argument.
Reports indicate that after being angry, the KIA salon car’s driver went into his car and he pulled out a gun.

The Okada driver upon seeing the gun tried to call situations down but received three bullets in his stomach at close range.
The KIA driver after realizing his mistake and being afraid after the arrival of the Ghana police, shot himself in the head and died on the spot.
Assembly member for Ayeduase – Kotei Twumduase Electoral Area, Mr Justice Attobrah confirmed the incident to the press.

“there was a misunderstanding between two drivers at Ayeduase drivers which resulted in fighting between the two drivers”
“One guy called Amoah attempted to separate the fight but one angry driver entered his car and shot our brother Amoah after he (the driver) directed his anger at him. He shot himself dead when he saw a police vehicle coming to the scene”.
