Soulja Boy has been sued for assault and sexual battery by his former assistant.

According to Pitchfork, the American rapper, 30, is also being sued for false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, gender violence, a hostile work environment, failure to pay minimum wage, unpaid overtime and reimbursements, inaccurate wage statements, and more.

His accuser,  identified in court docs as Jane Doe claimed he hired her as his assistant in December 2018.

The woman said that the Kiss Me Thru the Phone rapper started sending her unsolicited images of his genitals.

The accuser said she later consensually went into a romance with him and they moved in together, but the relationship took a violent turn in January of 2019.

In the court paper, the woman alleged that Soulja Boy pushed her out of a vehicle they were arguing in, leading her to have to walk five miles to get back to where she was staying.

The woman said that in February 2019, Soulja Boy sexually assaulted her and after the incident, he gave her $1,000 and ‘expressed remorse’ over what he had done.

Three months later, she said the rapper spat on her after she told him she intended to quit as his assistant, the woman told the court.

The woman said that the rapper would ‘punch, kick and body slam’ her in jealous rages during their time in one another’s presence, and told her that he ‘should have killed’ her.

She also said in the suit that Soulja Boy locked her in a barren room on multiple occasions, adding that the final straw came last August after another assault.

According to her, the rapper raped her when she returned to his home to get her stuff in the following month.

The woman said she is also seeking renumeration for fees the rapper owes her for her labor, according to court docs in the case.

“[Soulja Boy]’s treatment of our client, as an employee and as a person who deserves respect, has traumatised and filled her with fear,” her lawyer Neama Rahmani said in a statement. “His abuse imprisoned her physically, mentally and emotionally. When she mustered the courage to flee, he impoverished her.

“His exploitation severely hampered our client’s ability to re-establish herself in the workplace and in society. We believe he should be held accountable.”

In a statement through a rep, Soulja Boy denied the accusations of sexual battery and assault from the former assistant.

“Soulja would never put his hands on a female,” the rapper’s representative told TMZ. “He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman… this is nonsense.”
