Ghanaian blogger and Journalist Owen Ghana known in real life as Amoah King David pays a visit to the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia at the jubilee House ahead of the international youth empowerment summit (iyes) happening in August.
Owen alongside the heads of the initiative visited the Vice President due to his interest in the development of the youth and their growth to take charge of the affairs of the country and his passion to involve the youth in the progressive growth of the country’s digitalization process.
Tho covid has threatened most people not to attend gathering of masses like the iyes which mostly hosts more than 3000 individuals every year at the national theater but the team assured the Vice President of their plans and measures to hold all covid protocols in high esteem and also invited the Vice President to come grace the event.
Owen disclosed on his social media platforms that the event will be taking place at the upsa main auditorium this year to ensure the reduction of the participants and because the national director for iyes also believes UPSA has done well ever since the pandemic hit the country.
