There was commotion in Lagos traffic between Elf and Marwa on the Island as a one-chance operator was caught trying to kidnap a passenger.
The one-chance operator had picked the woman up and robbed her then wouldn’t let her out of his car.
However, thanks to a slight traffic along the road, the woman was able to get the attention of LASTMA officials who stopped the one-chance driver and saved the victim.
The one-chance operator has now been handed over to the Maroko police station.
