Highlife superstar, Ofori Amponsah, has returned to the pulpit as a prophet of God for the second time.

It will be recalled that the “Otolege” hitmaker ditched highlife music to set up his own church in 2012 after informing Ghanaians that  God had called him to be a pastor.

Two years after setting up the “The Family of Faith and Love” Church, Oofori Amponsah on the Delay show admitted that, his transition from a secular singer to a man of God was a “sham” and that he set up the church out of frustration.

Ofor Amponsah abandoned the Church and returned to his first love, “highlife” and released a single “Alewa” featuring Sarkodie which earned him the nickname nickname, “Pastor Alewa.”

“I would like to use this opportunity to apologise to the hardcore Ofori Amponsah fans for misleading them…I apologise for the hurt. God says we should forgive those who trespass against us, so I want to ask for forgiveness from those I’ve hurt along the way,” Ofori Amponsah.

But in a latest development, Ofori Amponsah, seems to have gone back to the Church business based on a video that has gone viral on social media.

In the video, Ofori Amponsah is seen prophesying an impending danger to a young man in his church.

“ You are a man and if you don’t take care, Satan will use you. I can see that you have a good heart and you will need God to touch you and if you are ready, God will touch you because I can feel your mama praying for you. There is also an issue concerning a rift you have with a woman”, Ofori Amponsah told the young man.

It is, however, not clear whether or not Ofori Amponsah will stick to the church business or will come back to do music with time.
