- Risk Management: identify the top risk and out risk mitigation plan, accountability system and track the closure of risk
- Event backtracking: Organize operation process and trustworthiness incident backtracking, case study and Evaluation.
- Self-check, inspection and audit: audit the various key control items, configure and update the self-check table, track, report and close issues timely.
- Collaborate with Executive Team to create a strategic business plan of operations and business growth in the specific location
- Understand Huawei Fintech solutions and be able to meet and address our customer needs
- Identify opportunities and partnerships that fill the gap in value proposition
- Gather and analyse tailored solutions that address customer needs in the best way
